In the heart of the ancient Umbria, few kilometres from Perugia, surrounded by a luxurious ever green vegetation, the historical house "Alla Posta dei Donini" was the summer residence of the counts Donini-Ferretti.
Completely renewed and merged in a botanic garden of rare beauty (22.000mq) with secular oaks, flowers and rose gardens and is composed of two buildings, Villa Costanza and Villa Laura connected by an internal glass gallery.

 

Rooms

48 rooms of different typology, some are decorated by fresco paintings, other with ceilings of wooden beams, other with poster bed, the majority with view on the botanic garden, all furnished with elegance and style, equipped with telephone, Sat TV, internet connection, mini bar, safe, air conditioning,  private services with shower, bathtub, hairdryer and beauty kit. They are divided in Superiorrooms, all double rooms, Executive rooms, wider and with possibility to add a third bed or a baby cot, Junior Suite, with separate living room, with a maximum capacity of 3 adult and 1 infant in baby cot. At disposal rooms for handicapped people.

Restaurant

buffet breakfast, meals served at the table in the famous internal restaurant "Pantagruel", open also for people coming from outside, it proposes delicious plates from the typical regional tradition, but also national and international specialities.

Activities and Services

bar with veranda on the wood,  characteristic wine bar, 2 pools of salt water and hydro massage corner. One pool is internal, heated with herbal teas corner and the other pool is external with solarium, consecrated chapel of the 1700, congress rooms, external unattended parking.

The SPA

The brand new Wellness Centre "Ginkgo Spa" was inaugurate in December 2008 and it was imagined like a quite shelter where to pass pleasant moments dedicated to wellness, alone or in couple, thanks to hydro massage in perfumed essences, calidarium paths, upstream heated pool, Turkish bath, sauna, emotional and aromatic showers, chromo therapy, savonnage rituals in hammam, massages and aesthetic treatments.

PROGRAMS EXCLUSIVE for Futura Vacanze Incoming (2 nights) foresees: 2 entrances in the Ginkgo Spa centre with use of the salted pool with dorsal water jets, upstream swimming, relax area with chromo and music therapy, herbal teas corner, 1 body treatment with Vichy shower of 60 minutes, 2 candle light dinners, fruit basket in the room by arrival.
