Architectural complex of the twentieth century, refurbished and converted to 19 apartments furnished in the typical Tuscany style. It is located in one of the most beautiful villages of Italy, Loro Ciuffenna, at only 50km from Florence and Siena, 27km from Arezzo and 10km from the Chianti region, ideal destination for a business tourism, but also cultural and gastronomic tourism.

 

Apartments

19 apartments, well furnished, all with living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, private services with shower; most of the apartments have a private area also outside. One-room apt. (45-60 square meters) some also with loft conversion. Two-rooms apt. (50-65 square meters) and Three-rooms apt. (75-95  square meters); this last 2 typologies have in addiction of 1 or 2 bed rooms (some with loft conversion).

Restaurant

In the most ancient part of the resort, the old windmill, where you can still admire the millstones, they realise the characteristic restaurant with table service, where you can taste the typical Tuscany and international food and kitchen accompanied  by a wide set of wines.

Activities and Services

Pool equipped withsun beds and parasols, private parking. At Loro Ciuffenna you can find shops, bars, restaurants and pizzerias by the near mountain of Pratomagno excursions by feet or with mountain bike and trekking with horses. Sport Centre Olimpo under agreement at 10km, with lighted five a side football field, lighted tennis ground and fitness room.
